My room for one night

My room
Part of the temple, I’d been there before (2010) so didn’t go in.
Temp: 18 to 23C
Slept a little better last night but could hear myself coughing throughout the night, but it seemed like someone else’s cough. Mucked about in my room until breakfast at 6:30am then went up to the 11th floor rooftop restaurant.
Back to my room, more sleeping and taking it easy, just getting up for breakfast was a real chore.
Felt like a wander around lunchtime so went to the nearby artificial lake which has a temple on it. Popular with the locals for getting pro-photographers to take a photo, there were dozens of them milling around. After about 20 minutes I could feel myself waining so headed back via a corner store where I picked up a sandwich and some coconut water.
By this time my new room was finally ready (due to a booking I had to move rooms for one day) . It was a much bigger room with a small balcony, much better than staring at four walls all day. Had my lunch and settled in, watched a building site across the street, about twelve stories, all being built with ropes and pulleys, not a crane anywhere. Although they do use them on the really big buildings.
Couldn’t get the smart TV to work even though it’s the same as the one back home. The difference being the on-screen instructions are in Vietnamese. There’s a lot of rubbish on anyway and I bought a good book.
Had a chat to Wens and then went to bed about 6pm.
